Chunky Border is a plugin that extends Chunky's functionality to manage world borders. It lets you define border regions, enforce movement restrictions, and customize how borders appear and behave on your server.

Features

  • Select custom regions to define world borders from any Chunky-generated shape
  • Prevent players from moving past the border or redirect out-of-bounds teleports
  • Optional client-side border rendering for player visibility
  • Optional server-side particle effects to visualize the border
  • Border wrapping to teleport players across to the opposite side instead of blocking them
  • Customizable border rejection messages, effects, and sounds
  • Map marker support for Dynmap, BlueMap, and squaremap

Installation

  1. Ensure Chunky is installed on your server
  2. Download the Chunky Border plugin
  3. Place the JAR file in your server's plugins folder
  4. Restart the server or reload plugins
  5. Use Chunky commands to create and manage borders

Commands

  • chunky ... — Use Chunky's selection commands to define your border region
  • chunky border add — Create a world border from your current selection
  • chunky border remove — Delete the world border in the current world
  • chunky border wrap — Toggle whether players wrap to the opposite border side
  • chunky border list — Show all saved borders
  • chunky border load — Load a saved border as your current selection
  • chunky border bypass — Temporarily ignore border restrictions

Permissions

  • chunky.command.border — Access to all border commands
  • chunkyborder.bypass.move — Ignore border movement restrictions
  • chunkyborder.bypass.place — Ignore border block placement restrictions

Compatibility

This plugin works with Minecraft 1.21.1 and 1.20.1. It requires Chunky to function.
