VR Mod transforms Minecraft into a virtual reality experience playable in room-scale or seated mode. It works in single-player, LAN multiplayer, and server multiplayer. Non-VR players can see VR animations of head and hand movements in multiplayer sessions.

The mod comes in three versions: the VR Client for VR players, the Non-VR (2D) Client for desktop players who want to see VR animations or host LAN servers, and the Forge Extensions server mod to enable animations on Forge servers.

Features

  • Full room-scale support with 1-meter block sizes and world scaling to play as different sizes.
  • Hand-based block breaking, fighting, bow drawing, and interaction with doors, pistons, levers, and animals.
  • Motion-based actions including climbing, swimming, running, jumping, sneaking, eating, crawling, and rowing.
  • Multiple locomotion options: arc teleportation, free-movement, walk-in-place, seated WASD, and wall-climbing.
  • Multiplayer support with visible VR animations for both VR and non-VR players.
  • Contextual interaction system for right-click actions with either hand.
  • Radial menu and quick command buttons for frequent actions.
